Nan Saysana is a Weight Loss Coach speaking on relationship with food.
Nan was a binge eater for 30 years, and she said it was the pain of binge eating that led her through her journey. She tried so many things that didn't work. She promised that if one day she did find something that worked, she would share it with the world.
She felt food was the problem. It was listening to a Podcast that gave her the solution. It was not the food that was the problem; it was the way she was thinking.
Over the last six years, she has been binge-free and calls it "food freedom".
Nan shares her story and how she reached that good relationship with food.
