Show Notes

Laughter Club!  Yes, a laughter club!  And Cathy loves to laugh!  Interesting conversation about laughter and how Cathy came about becoming a Laughter Yoga Instructor and Leader.

Along with this, she also has a worm business, which she started in 2002 when Toronto Canada closed their landfill.

Cathy and I discussed how it is interesting that if you are crying alone people feel empathy, yet if you are laughing alone, they think you are "crazy".

Laughter is so important.  It helps to relieve stress and pain.  And as Cathy points out, it exercises your body without working hard at it! :)

Laughter it contagious - spread it!

Fun fact!!  Cathy does NOT own a cellphone.  Amazing!

You can reach Cathy at

She also provides FREE online Laughter Yoga sessions, and incorporates other energy modalities.  She says it is about "self-care".

I am on a mission to put worms in every living space. Indoor composting with worms. You can imagine that not everyone wants to have worms in the house. I started my worm empire (Cathy's Crawly Composters) in 2002. I believe worms are going to play an ever increasing role in waste management, soil production and therefore food security. It is essential that we learn how.

My working title is Cathy Crawly Laughing Bean Queen

I offer simple solutions for some of today's challenges. Worms for amending the soil, sprouts for eating and laughter for overall health and wellness.

Laughter yoga came to me at a time when I was struggling with all the negative energy folks were sending my way about this important mission. Daily laughter is now a huge part of my health plan.

Laughter is the best medicine. Have you had your daily D.O.S.E.? dopamin, oxytocin, seratonin, endorphins. The love drugs. Laughter is a wonderful form of self love.

As an entrepreneur, I have created a magical life and would love to share my journey with you and your listeners.
