I was so excited to have Andrea on my Podcast as a guest and I know now why. I knew that the content would be of value to my listeners. All my guests share valuable information, but in this case, the EMDR aspect fascinated me.
Andrea is very knowledgeable on so many subjects that can be connected to our recovery from bulimia and eating disorders, with one being learning how to deal with emotions. I love how this connects to the previous episode with Brady and Ana and what we spoke about.
My favourite line? Trauma has to do with too much too soon, or too little too long. I saw and heard that line. Also, I loved the conversation about emotional dysregulation.
For those of you who have reached out to me on Messenger, I hope that my Podcast guests help you. Reach out to the person you engage with here.
Andrea, thank you. This was truly a great learning experience.
Andrea also speaks to her 90-day journal Plan To Recover which will be partnered with The Road Less Travelled coming soon.
